ClarityScrubs Return & Exchange Policy
At ClarityScrubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 30 days from the original delivery date to return or exchange your item(s).
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:
Unused and unwashed in the original condition and packaging they were received in. Free of any deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, dirt, or odors (e.g., perfume or smoke).
All original tags must be attached.
Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Returns for Refund
We will process a full refund to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
The refund amount will be the price paid for the item(s) minus any original shipping charges.
Please allow 5-10 business days after our warehouse receives your return for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you can initiate an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
We'll ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the original item(s).
5. Shipping Costs
Returns for Refund: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges: ClarityScrubs will cover the shipping cost for sending the new exchanged item(s) back to you (within the contiguous United States).
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Visit the contact page portal. Start by entering your order number to begin the process by sending a message regarding your return/exchange request. Once approved, package your item(s) securely and ship them back to the address provided via the response to the message in the email.
